OK, AFTER you lock down the borders, I'll discuss any issue.

Don't TALK!! DO SOMETHING!!!
Geeze, we have laws on the books to handle this part of the problem (actuall all parts of the problem).
I wish these goys would QUIT TALKING and DO SOMETHING! ENFORCE THE LAWS WE HAVE!!!

Frist must have received my letter because I .... er ... carry some weight. (sarcasm) Well this is a good sign. I think maybe our guys are getting the message.

Ping ... remember that letter campaign I mentioned earlier today?

My goodness, did Frist stop by and read some posts at FR?
As you say, enough talk, it's time to DO SOMETHING NOW! Why is it so hard to put some National Guards along the border? Are we out of tents? Did the army forget how to make base camps and patrol a border? If we are short of National Guardsmen, there are a whole bunch of people sitting on welfare with nothing to do....

Frist hasn't said squat until now. I think the e-mails, letters, and general consensus have been starting to clear away the fog. He actually used the phrase "Lock down the borders"
We HAVE to keep this mail flurry going. For all of the fluff, and typical politicking, I think we're finally getting noticed by these goons we call our "senators"
Thats progress!

OK. I hear what Frist is saying, now what will he actually do. We've been here before. I don't trust Frist at all and fully expect him to do the opposite of what he just said.

Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist said the United States should "lock down" its borders and create a better temporary worker program. That two card monte game is so boring, Bill. Don't you have a new game to play?
To: SmithL
I guess this gets Frist the "Well, DUH!" award for May. One wonders what new gems of brilliance are yet to be emitted.

He should give them all $100 checks if they agree to go back home.

We need a new volunteer border guard. I am sure a lot of people would sign up so we would get alot of boots on the ground. It would be better than misusing the National Guard which is a fighting force not guards. In addition, we need a fence.

"Country needs to lock down borders"Duh..... Welcome to Reality, Bill. (Where've you been?)
