Actually, he was spotted in Cabella's in a small Utah Town in Eastern Utah about six months ago -- he was disguised and in a wheel chair (to hide his skinniness and height).. he was also spotted in S. Dakota very recently and according to reports snuck back into Colorado City a few weeks ago to perform some child-bride marriages in the middle of the night and then he left before daybreak.....
The road in and out of the area is very straight and very flat and not good cover, thus the late night visits since he is a wanted man.
