I think y'all have misunderstood me.

I'm saying to avoid CO because of the Californication that has taken place here over the last 10 - 20 years, especially along the front range. Way, WAY too much growth, no end in sight and water is already a big problem.

Just my opinion as a lifetime native.

PS Hiya uglybiker. I've been up to no good. Smoked the clutch in the Challenger at the drag strip Sunday, so I'll be laying on concrete for a while.
