Yes and I was mad at the President for not backing Toomey. Still, he is demonstrating what his Congressional critics are now running away from--even when THEY were unpopular and the President WAS popular he stuck with them. He showed honor. These other guys show rank cowardice in the line of fire. Still...they're OUR guys and we need a GOP majority, but next time I'd back Toomey.
Talk about a sore subject... how many of us asked, begged, and pleaded with Frist not to give Specter that position?
