Not any more than I expect a member of FreeRepublic to keep his cool in a conversation. If you will look at the context, I was saying absolutely nothing whatsoever about what a person who had just been in an accident should be expected to do. What I was saying (and ALL that I was saying) was that I appreciate the citizen who blah blah blah. You are reasoning beyond your evidence.
I will add that I would be esecially appreciative of the citizen who did all that after an accident. I didn't say anything about what I expected of the citizen or of myself. Cool your jets.

But this person, the one we are talking about, the one who is the subject of this thread, the one who was tasered for being "nonresponsive", had just been in a car accident.
