If reminding Americans of the truth stirs up anti-Islamic sentiments, so be it.
I saw a documentary last year and it was claimed that 20,000 were evacuated from the towers before they fell. Have no idea if that number is correct, but obviously the death toll would have been multiplied by some factor if not for the heroics of the fire dept., police dept. and other individuals.
Heh! CAIR, facts are funny things. They don't change. On 9/11/01, the US was attacked by a bunch of murdering muslumic monsters in Allah's name, funded by radicals in Saudi Arabia. Also, Wahabism, the brand of Islam followed by the murdering hijackers, is funded by the Saudi royal family. Another fact, Christians are routinely murder through out the Islamic world for being Christians so it's not like the 9/11 gang was unique within Islam. Heh CAIR, screw!
