As some of us know, and it has been made public, so I say nothing one cannot read elsewhere, SOCOM shall be to an extent performing some duties that formally may have been assigned to the CIA. For example having special teams, perhaps a few members at a given foreign embassy, doing chores not formally handled by attached military personel.

For the most part one could assume our military folks for the most part really are more loyal, as well as diciplined in adhering to the rules of the road.
