The American people are fed up with the hemorrhaging borders, and we want action now. Were done talking, and we want action, [Steven] Eichler said before the rally. The American people just arent going to take it any longer. Were tired of this invasion force occupying America. If you cant come here legally, get the hell out.
People from all over Texas and the nation were in attendance Saturday, with some coming from as far away as Montana to voice their support for immigration reform. Many said that they do not support amnesty for undocumented immigrants already here, and some said they are beginning to feel like outsiders in their own country.
The Minuteman Project is a call to voices seeking a peaceful and respectable resolve to the chaotic neglect by members of our local, state and federal governments charged with applying U.S. immigration law, according to its Web site. The group has more than 1,000 members, some of whom have taken to patrolling the U.S.-Mexico border.
Be sure and convey our appreciation and thanks to your fellow Minutemen.
God Bless the Minutemen.
All I have done so far, Czar, is sign up for MMP e-mails, sign the pledge and fax it in. I haven't even been down to the border yet. Unlike some other great people around here.
So, being able to do a little long-distance reporting is an honor. And I will convey your sentiments during the next phone call.
The tragedy is the way the media is so anti-American. The rally should have been on TV, or at least on radio. Even though we are working against the Dems, the media is our internal enemy #1. They still label us as "anti-immigrant."
We might, this week, concentrate on contacting media to cover this Caravan... especially when they arrive in Washington, D.C. next Friday.
What say you?
Good idea, Ench. Being the crapweasels they are, of course, most of the MSM will shrink from this like a vampire shown the cross. Still worth doing, whether they cover or not.

No kidding? I wondered what happened. John and Ken will have fun with that one.... I'm suprised they didn't join this trip to DC -- guess if they can't be the leaders????
I second Czar's sentiments, thank you and tell Lyman and the others we are proud of them.
John and Ken or John Ziegler should broadcast for D.C. on Friday.
Good article, Ench...thanks for the ping.
Bump!
Good; please ping me as a reminder to tune my computer to listen.
There are a few people that could really help with this effort and they are doing nothing.
Rush, Hannity amd What's his Name #3 could really help.
The Caravan is chugging along; they entered Arkansas a while ago, encountering a group of ladies leaving a Christian conference who vowed to pray for them.
The Caravan is now 12 vehicles in length, a few cars having left and many more having joined up. It is not necessary to go the entire distance!
For example The Spirit of Allegiance, driven by the FReeper of the same handle, carried a passenger from L.A. to Phoenix, who then flew back to L.A.
Absolutely correct! I'll phone O'Reilly's show tomorrow morning, encourage others to do the same.
Awesome! Wish I could be closer to their route. But many of us are with them in spirit. Thanks for all your updates! : )
Wish I could make it. I'm not going to have time to do much of anything for the next couple of months.
That's too bad. (I know you're always busy. : (
Is anyone organizing for the Nashville rally?
Hopefully it will be getting better. I am transferring to a different county and will be moving the first of the month. I think things may not be quite so intense.
Yumpin' Yiminy! I never knew that the USA had a mission statement.
I'm happy for you, libby! That's great news. You'll be getting away from the....what did you call her? : )
