You make an interesting point.
Are you "in compliance" if you post uncertified third party representations of the law or are you just demonstrating a "good faith effort" and still subject to fines and penalties?
Can you sue the poster people for lack of due diligence if their information is somehow incorrect?
Conversely, if you enlarge and laminate a copy of the actual statute with no other notation is that an equal or superior "good faith effort"?
I am surprised the ambulance chasers have not chased this ambulance.
