Suppose we caught one of the animals who tortured and killed this woman and tried him in an American court like the left wants us to do. Like Moussaui, the jury would probably decide the poor fellow had been abused by his father and consequently no call for the death penalty.
It would be improper to try him in a court of law. This is not a man who is a common criminal; he's an enemy committing an act of war against an ally of the United States. He should be shot on sight. And if our guys do happen to capture him and...interrogate him for information before they kill him, so much the better.

If he is not killed instead of captured, it would seem to be a case for the Iraqi courts and/or a war crimes trial - not an American civil trial in any case.
