Agree about Larry Kudlow, I always read his columns, a brilliant thinker on economic matters, and a compelling life story.

I wish he would not say "Mr Bush" - it is like fingernails on a chalkboard to my ears.

I too cringe eveytime someone I like uses it. The rats we expect, but not Larry with Kudlow I doubt it's derogatory.
