Wow, that is some task you set. Maryland is afflicted with pretty much a one party "gimme" electorate i.e. DemocRATS. The Maryland legislature is lead by two of the dumbest, venal, bought and paid for politicos outside of Tammany Hall.

Forget the Eastern Shore and take a look at Southern Western Shore, St. Mary's County, and Calvert County.
