The nation survived for more than a few decades under the Democrats. Although the Dems are now more socialist than anything else, our country can probably survive another decade or so under them. There is little doubt the Republicans are in big trouble.

Read post 80. After WWII, the US GDP was larger than the rest of the world combined as Asia and Europe destroyed themselves. South America, also untouched by war, did very well too.

Today, the US simply can not afford the luxury of electing idiot democrats. Just look what has happened in south america. Unless we can get Japan to attack China and Germany to attack the rest of Europe, we can not have a few decades of democrats.
