It is very common for Executive Orders to be overturned by the court. However, the discussion is about Bush not over-turning many of the ill-advised Clinton Executive Orders. There is not a single instance of the SC ruling an Executive Order unconstitutional because it reversed a prior executive order

I never claimed that he didn't overturn some! You and I both know he could have over-turned many more.
