I seem to recall a thread just this last week about the DEMS still having the intention to get rid of the Electoral College...
So...I'm with you..they are very serious...and most of the population is in the LIB strongholds of the USA.
And most of the voter fraud too. Without the electoral college, we'll get votes manufactured in all these locales. At least now, they can only steal state-wide elections, and the electoral votes for one state.
We need a national ID for voting and to prove citizenship for services.
Luckily there are enough "small" states to ensure that this amendment never passes.
