I have the same questions.

I would be perfectly fine with the plea deal, as long as the sentence is a bullet to this a**hole's head. That won't happen.

Respectfully, I think you're missing the point. People ARE upset that he raped a little girl. But they're reeling at that fact that: If our laws had only been enforced, he wouldn't even have been here to do that.

An illegal alien who raped a baby gets to plea and a deal.
When do American children get the "deal" to be protected from illegals?

Exactly! A few years ago you didn't even see illegals here in eastern PA. Now they're all over the area and committing crimes.
To: xjcsa
If he wasn't here, she wouldn't have been raped.

You have no oath registered in heaven to destroy the Government, while I shall have the most solemn one to "preserve, protect, and defend it."

Next thing you know these animals will be saying it is their "human right" to commit these crimes since that is the way things are done in Mexico. Culture and all you know.
The sad part is our courts will probably allow a defense like that and embrace it.

All we need to do is repeal a couple of the peskiest Constitutional Amendments.
I say we start with the 17th.

Which day? Amending the Constitution can be done any time there is sufficient will to do so. If you're talking about revolution, I'm not exactly sure what that would accomplish, and I consider such a course of events improbable at the very best.
If you want to amend the Constitution, you have several avenues to approach that process. I'd start with this Congressional election.

Well, the process for doing so is laid out in the Constitution itself. Go for it!

Someone please call Bill O'Reilly. Hey how about someone informing the MSM.
If they are legal I will dance at their wedding if illegal I will drop the dime.

If you read Lincoln's
entire inaugural address, it is readily apparent that he does not favor or want revolution as the way to resolve the conflict.

WHY was this monster still sucking air 5 minutes after she found out what he'd done to her child? I was wondering the exact same thing.
