Capitol police officers stopped Kennedy after he hit the barricade and drove him home without administering field sobriety tests. Also notice how they blend this part of the crime into one piece? It gives the impression that the same cops that stopped him gave him a ride home without testing him, implying total innocence with no special privileges.
I LOATHE the media as well.
