Yes, I know that was sarcastic ... but it does raise a good point.

What type of Justice is more likely to do the "right" think on immigration: a Stevens/Ginsburg/Breyer Justice, or a Scalia/Thomas Justice? (I hesistate to add /Roberts/Alito, simply because, in spite of their prior credentials, they don't have a lot of record when it comes to their SCOTUS work).
