our insurance has NEVER gone down...
Well, I have never been caught DUI and my ins has never gone down either.
True... when I was 16 I was told it would go down when I turned 21 and again when I turned 25... I never did...
My point was since Kennedy never got the DUI he deserved (for alcohol or drugs... one way or the other should have been a DUI) his insurance rates wont be going up over this...
