Manuel Contreras-Sanango, a 19-year-old busboy, was charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a minor. He was being held on $250,000 bail Thursday at the Bergen County Jail.

Suggestion: Fly him half way between Hawaii and California. At 5,000 foot, toss him out. If he survives the fall and swim, he's a free man. Cruel and unusual punishment. Sure it is...but, so what! He wasn't worried about how cruel he was to an impaired six-year old child.

It's shocking (and disgusting) to look on Megan's Law website here in CA and see how many of the offenders are Mexican/hispanic, probably many of them illegal aliens, since this state is up to its neck in illegals.
