The federal government gets their cut. If you really think it is a major difference whether they take their money coming in or going out there is no hope for you.

If you work for me, and I don't pay you what I say I will pay you but make numerous exclusions from you check, then I have power over you. Maybe next month I'll withhold it all. It is NOT RIGHT, and it NEEDS TO BE FIXED.
