Does the fair tax eliminate corporate taxes?

Is there an exclusion for very large ticket items like Realestate?

FairTax does eliminate corporate income taxes which are approximately 1-2% on average of the selling price of goods and services.

There are no exclusions for large ticket items like realestate. The only exclusion is purchases made by a business as a business expense, including travel expenses etc.

They add the 30% tax onto all government payments including salaries and everything they buy, so the cost of government spending will go up substantially, although their revenue neutral calculation assumes the cost of things that the government spends money on will stay the same.
