I heard some time ago that some intelligence officers are withholding known information on Bin Laden's whereabouts because they know that a capture or kill of him would give Bush a boost. Goss was put in there not only to make changes internally but to change back the CIA to intelligence gathering and covert actions. I have my doubts about this theory, but if true it shows not only unprofessionalism in the CIA but also a lack of instincts for self-preservation. Sure we now know United flight 93 was intended to hit the Capitol, but it just as easily could have been headed to Langley. If I were in the CIA, I'd be worried about finding and killing Al Qaeda before they kill me.

I actually believe they know exactly where Bin Laden, Zawahiri and Zarqawi is. The CIA is no longer nonpartisan, any of it, and would rather self-destruct than give this administration any credit or even useful information. That I'm convinced.
