I'll bet the farm that he isn't planning on resigning.
My guess is that he'll deliver political threats prior to any announcement, and that the announcement might be:
1. Betty Ford clinic...have compassion on poor Kennedy alcohol genes that I have.
2. It's all a lie and nobody died, so shut up.
I wonder what lie he's going to come out with now??
