Well, we sure don't know his proper DSM-IV assignment, but we DO know that he's seriously f***ed up, that he has a long history of unacceptable behavior, and we further know that the fact that he's been elected to Congress SIX TIMES instead of being institutionalized is a sad commentary on the voters of Rhode Island.

Does Pondscum Jerry have any proof of his allegation about Laura Bush? I am unaware that anyone ever accused her of being drunk when she ran the stop sign, and if there was a shred of evidence for this claim out there, we would have heard all about it.

Pay attention. Shep asked about the safety of Ambien, and the doc said he would prescribe Ambien for Shep if it were necessary.
