The only way you avoid making Hugo Chavez and Iran's unspeakable despot happier each time you drive is to invent a car you can fill up w/ something other than a petro-chemical.

CITGO, is a wholly owned ( no stock exchange symbol ) by PDVSA, Petroleos de Venezuela, S.A. the National oil Co. of the Bolivian Republic of Venezuela.

The yearly dividends paid to the parent Co., of US GITCO dividends, in 2005, was Approx. One Billion dollars. All to Hugo Chavez, to wage war against the US and disrupt So. America.

Why would anyone buy CITGO?
