Another interesting thing, the "owner" of the vehicle that Patches was driving (the 4/15/06 RI accident, not to be confused with the one this morning in DC) is listed as "Friends of Pat Kennedy, Inc." I guess that way, he doesn't have to pay for gas, insurance, upkeep, etc. The campaign funds can be used to keep up Patches' wheels.

The most plausible explanation for that wild handwriting is serious mental impairment (alcohol and/or other drugs). If that is anything like his 'normal' handwriting then he should be sent back to elementary school. No, that won't do, think of the corruption he'd bring to the nation's youth......
