I do like the judge's position on the constitution. He would do well on the Supreme Court, IMO.

The Judge has many good positions, but he has a few that I would not like to see on the Supreme Court. One is, I believe, that he thinks that terrorists are entitled to the same liberties and representation as other Americans. He has on occasion referred to 9/11 as a tragedy versus an act of war/terrorism.
