This is an exceptionally dangerous bill. There are only two large textbook publishers in the country and both pander to the California market due to the large dollars to be found there. The publishers will not have "California" and "Rest of the Country" textbooks, so this would effectively force ALL public schools to use the pro-Sodomite books.

Right you are. These guys are smart. As goes California and Texas, so goes the rest of the textbooks in the country. They are the only two states to approve their texts at the state level.
