I support a father's rights, but in a totalitarian society like Castro's, I'm more than a little bit skeptical of the advertised motivations. If Elian's father truly wanted his son back, and it was not due solely to manipulation from the Maximum Leader (who stood to gain richly from this episode) then I'll take back my opinion.
