To: operation clinton cleanup
Nice picture of Enterprise. That's Long Beach in the center and a Virginia class CGN on top.

Not sure which Virginia class it is. I think Virginia, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Texas were the 4 ships of that class.

Yep, spent a lot of time on the Enterprise in the Gulf of Tonkin. That would be in the later 60's. I was with VF-96 a fighter squadron. Same outfit that Duke Cunningham was with.

On a side note... I think this was launched around the same time as the Enterprise and Long Beach. First and last nuclear powered merchant ship. Would be interesting to see where she is now.
