"DEATH PENALTY VERDICT TO BE READ AT 4:30 PM EDT... DEVELOPING..."

I just saw this sentence on Drudge...the way it reads the verdict is death...right? Or I'm not reading it incorrectly...who knows? :P

As far as I know, the verdict has not been announced, but it will be soon.
