My American certainly didn't win because of the jurors' verdict.
How can you call it a victory for America?

I've had it with Bill OReilly too. he has no problem with the verdict.

Get a grip. America did not win nor lose because a jury decided that a would-be terrorist scum gets life in prison instead of the death penalty. Brave men and innocent civilians died in Iraq today and some of Moussaoui's cohorts also were sent to their just "reward". This is where our wrath should be focused not on Americans doing there involuntary duty as jurors. That a jury made a decision in one case that some disagree with does not make America weak nor is it a victory for terrorists.
That some jurors were affected by things that I think they should not have been affected by does not make them traitors, idiots, or scum.
Whether Moussaoui is dead or in virtual solitary confinement until he dies, America goes on with one less POS to deal with. I don't see this as a defeat.
