It's sad to say this but, we're gonna have to change the way the jury votes count. With all the liberals and anti-death people, we may have to move to majority cast the deciding vote whether it be life in prison or the death sentence.

I would agree to the majority rather than unanimous for verdicts. Sure seems to be given credability and validity when UMMMM those black robes come with a 5-4 decision.

This cat should have been executed to show the world how serious this nation is about deleting terrorism,and appeasement for it, from the equation of life on this planet in 2006 and beyond.

That might be the problem here. I wouldn't be suprised if there weren't a couple jurors who were against the death penalty no matter what. In which case, they would've lied on their jury questionnaires.
