Why the 11 million number is reported is a mystery to me. In the '00 census the estimates used were 11-20 million. Now they have nailed it down to no growth in 6 years?

i feel like 'they' don't just loose, we all loose and aside from voting, I can find no groups/sites where there is any discussion on how to prevent it from happening. Nothing ticks me off more than to do nothing.
