"Diversity training" is just PC-speak for "political re-education". Some don't come to indoctrination easily.

I wasn't talking about CD mentioning "diversity training". I was talking about him feeling the need to say: "I don't have any problem with Mexicans". Most of us don't. Only illegal ones. That can go without saying.
