And if the air isn't "clean" enough for you, you have no problem letting nanny government put a gun to the heads of private property owners to satisfy your whims.
Do you realize that is the definition of fascism?

Re: your use of the word "fascism".
Reply: Your usage of that word is so broad as to leave it's potential application for a range of government mandates in this - greatest of all nations.
(I looked the definition up - Fascism: A system of government marked by centralization of authority under a dictator, stringent socioeconomic controls, suppression of the opposition through terror and censorship, and typically a policy of belligerent nationalism and racism.)
For example - the war against cannabis use was started against Mexicans and Negroes in the mid 1930's. Now that seems more like "fascism" than the Louisiana state clean air law we are discussing. Anyway - the war against cannabis users does also include the use of REAL GUNS and tons of tactical military gear, night vision surveillance and the threat of long prison time. Now that is a case that does resemble fascism, but I have heard no one crying "fascism" about the war against cannabis users.
I do hope that your tobacco supply never ceases and that barring you polluting the air another citizen needs to breathe, I hope your use of tobacco is never limited.
