What you saw on May Day was a communist organized affair with about a third of its participants really being illegal immigrants. Otherwise, the majority were subversive, shit disturbing types who were actual Americans (in name only). The illegals that were there were probably duped by a bunch of Leftist rhetoric. The vast majority of immigrants do not hate capitalism. And the vast majority of immigrants do have an effect upon our economy but in ways that you probably don't want to believe.

What I believe is irrelevant, what is PROVEN daily by the illegals is relevant and you're comment that the boycott was actually ran by Americans has proven what you are.

Ever run a small business where your competitors (who 's majority of workers are illegal) consistently under bid you by 20% - 30%?

Ever lose out on a few $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 contracts?

Probably not, or you'd be singing a different tune.

I, for one, believe you are correct on this point and not many will disagree with the fact the illegals have become an important part of our economy. I live in a border state and up until lately, haven't had a problem living with the 'Alien' population. The REAL issue that needs to be addressed is the SECURITY of our borders. Fix this problem and We go a long ways towards solving the entire issue.

I have to really LAUGH at someone from South Carolina trying to tell the rest of us that these folks don't really cost the taxpayer money. You simply have NO idea.

They fill up the emergency rooms of the hospitals (not because of the Hippocratic oath but because liberal judges have ruled that hospitals MUST treat them and may NOT turn them away) insuring that if you go in with a legitimate emergency, you will wait 8 to 10 hours before they can get to you. They fill up the schools (in AZ, many of the schools have 50% to 75% illegals this became VERY obvious during the first and second rallies and really shocked the authorities to the point that most did NOT participate in the May 1 rally for fear of the backlash) they occupy 30% of the prisons, they account for 40% of the child molestations here in AZ, they increase insurance because they operate on the roads without insurance and the hit and run accidents have become so bad that we are forced to pay uninsured motorist premiums. They run car theft rings, running stolen cars to Mexico (AZ has the highest rate of stolen cars in the country), they are responsible for most of the breakins including home invasions (a particularly nasty form of breakin where they KNOW you're home and don't care).

It's utterly laughable that someone who lives in SC where there is very little immigration problems tells those of us living in border states how it really isn't a problem. I'd be more than happy to offer them all one way tickets to SC so you could find out first hand what living in this situation is really like, then we'll talk.
