The gay people I have known said they never felt any attraction for the opposite sex from the first time they had sexual feelings. Also, as poorly as gays and lesbians are treated, sometimes by their own families, why would they CHOOSE to be that way?

Treated poorly??? Are you kidding? They have forced homosexuality on to children in elementary school, pushed homosexual marriage, insisted that we treat homosexuality as something to be celebrated. TV shows are full of homosexuals yet you think they are treated badly? There are all sorts of special laws for them, special schools in NY, lawsuits against those who find homosexuality an abomination. Yeah, they really have suffered.

That's an empty arguement. Why do people choose to continue to do drugs after having overdosed and knowing it could kill them? Why do people drive like maniacs knowing they could be "roadkill"? Why do gays continue to practice a lifestyle that can kill them through Aids? Because they WANT to. Because it gives them pleasure, if only for a short time.
