This was an idea the DIA had proposed for terror strikes because futures markets have a far better track record than pundits. It was to headed by Admirial Poindexter of Iran Contra fame. It was shot down. Poindexter resigned.

Hmmmm...Poindexter is a visionary the bureaucrats can't stand. I'll have to look at it and follow it. Heck, if I can follow dialidol.com (which predicts Idol winners on the basis of busy signals to the numbers), this can't be much less scientific.
