Iran has been sending the insurgents over the border, and that constitutes a first strike as far as I'm concerned.
I wouldn't have any doubts that they were also involved with 9-11 in one way or another. But notice what two countries around on either side of Iran? Hmmmm.....coincidence? I think not.
I think not either...I think there is some pretty good strategery to surround Iran and lay the foundations of some kind of strike using special forces and air power. But I doubt it would be nuclear, unless you went for some tactical bunker buster.
