The nickname I heard attached to the F-102 was "Deuce" or "Delta deuce".

Flew real fast and high (for that time), but once you saw the airspeed indicator go much under 200, it had the finer aerodynamic qualities of a bank vault door. This made landings highly exciting, very high speed and generally involving runways that were better measured in miles than even hundreds of feet.

It also meant that your ability to precisely control the beast in all circumstances was your only assurance that you would live long and prosper. Folks who were overly nuanced and prone to self-doubt would generally not get close enough to the Deuce or any of its evil sisters to get the first whiff of JP-4.

That saved folks like me from having to go out and examine their crash sites.

Yes, but how would you ever get her to agree to it? You could get a hair surreptiously, but then she'd sue you into oblivion, wouldn't she? Or can this be done legally without the person's consent?

I think not either...I think there is some pretty good strategery to surround Iran and lay the foundations of some kind of strike using special forces and air power. But I doubt it would be nuclear, unless you went for some tactical bunker buster.
