Finland was a little different, in that Stalin wanted to add Finland to his merry little Gulag, and the only ones willing to supply arms to the Finns were the Germans.
Finnish Jews were protected from the Nazis. Finnish Jews served in the Finnish Armed forces as officers and soldiers. Some of the officers were offered Iron Crosses by the Germans for valor in combat. (Presumably the Germans didn't know they were Jewish.) Said officers declined them.
