Well said bond. Never hire anyone or any company that is not fully bonded and insured PI and PD. You should also verify this with the insurance company before you hire. Many homeowner insurance policies do not cover uninsured worker injury claims BTW.

Yep. When some guy is injured, they start looking around for the deep pockets. And, lookee here, there's the nice big house worth hundreds of thousands of dollars!

The happy homeowner should realize what he is putting at risk when he hires people for sub-minimum wage.
