As far as I'm concerned, the only right an illegal alien has is for reasonably decent treatment on their way to a one-way trip back to their country of origin. Anything more than that is above and beyond what's really necessary.
The marches in LA and San Diego offered Homeland Security a great opportunity to round up hundreds of thousands of law breaking illegals. Put them on buses and have them across the border in a couple of hours with no complaints except from Vincente Fox and his Mafia followers in Tijuana.
