It takes money to gather enough signatures. We had a couple of similar ones this last year but we couldn't get enough signatures, a lack of money was a big problem.

The RNC is dead set against a Prop 187. We would be up against the Democrats, the La Raza-istas, the Open Border Lobby, and the RNC machine.
