SIDE NOTE: I think it's funny that Anna Nicole Smith's case was heard by Supreme Court. Mostly men, want a BEAUTIFUL woman to come and talk to them for a while...
Except for the fact she never got to speak to or with them about anything, most especially the case. The case was not about her or her troubles as much as it was about the Ninth Circus overstepping its bounds and authority yet again.
