You are part of the problem. No, the problem is that you won't face up to the fact that illegal entrants into this country have to FIRST be kept out of the country, and so on. If you would put pressure on your congressional representatives then the problem, as you term it, would begin to be solved.
But, only seeing what you wish and blaming others than those responsible for protecting the borders and your wellbeing is an abrogation of citizen responsibility.
