Has your son thought of going into business for himself? He could mow lawns....a very desirable service. I wish he were here to mow my 4+ acres!

MO1, those parents who buy their kids cars are well-meaning and affluent, but imo not helpful.

In my former life as a teacher, I saw such students neglect their studies in favor of driving around having fun. When their grades went down, down, down, the parents came rushing to the school wondering why THEIR child was not making A's.

I wish we lived by you. He would mow your lawn. :)There are not enough people around who will hire the kids to do that now. He'll find something though, fingers crossed. :)
