I was just kidding. Among Texans (especially Houstonians), Houston is the most often dumped on city, deserved or not. Hence, -nobody- ever says they're actually voluntarily going to Houston!

Also among Texans, Houston is still considered a better place to live than most of the rest of the country! ;-P

Well I'm open to suggestions!

I'm looking to move south, somewhere near water (preferrably the gulf or ocean), without being in the middle of the next Katrina. I want to be near a good sized city.
